   Thank you kindly for this wonderful repository of historical Guild info.

   I have a copy (images only) of the mid-sixties Classic Guitars Brochure (Mark I thru Mark VII) that I would like to share with you. It gives data not found in the general catalogs such as scale length and other construction details such as materials, binding and machines.

   Your reply is all that is needed. I will email the six scans and my notes that place this as having been printed sometime in the range of 1966 – 1970.

   My Guilds: ’69 Mark I, ’66 Mark VI, ’67 F-312 – and a unique copy of the F-50, but branded “Favilla” and made by Rokkoman on spec, circa 1971.

      2. Hey sir I’m having trouble understanding the specs does an 86 nightbird ever come with a triangle backplate? Because I’ve been told that it was an 85 then an 86 from the same guy and the problem is he doesn’t remember saying anything from our first conversation. I’m not saying any names but he’s pretty important. And I have waffles back tuners truss rod cover with nightbird gg big diamond inlay Kent’s for pups ebony board and a triangle backplate . Is that not a 85 ?? Sorry for my confusion

      3. Triangle back plates were on the early Nightbird GGs. If you want to know the year, look at the serial number. According to the available charts BL100104 and below is ’85 and BL100105-324 is ’86.
