This fire crew was set up having there picture taken by a professional. One of the benefits of having a pro-level camera on a pro tripod is that pros treat you like one of their own. I was standing here, watching the procedings when the photographer saw me. "Nice layout" I said. "Yeah not bad huh? I'm using a 5 second exposure - feel free to set up and snap a few if you'd like". Now THAT made my day.
